Thank you for expressing interest in collaborating with us. As a reputable tour operator, we specialize in providing premium, luxury, and adventure travel experiences in Morocco. Our team is dedicated to curating one-of-a-kind trips, taking care of all travel arrangements from start to finish to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
We understand that every traveler is unique and has their own vision for their trip. Therefore, we promise to listen to your specific desires, hopes, and dreams in order to help turn them into a reality.
As your Morocco specialist, it is our goal to fully understand your individual needs, wants, and expectations in order to create a truly personalized vacation. To begin the process, we offer a complimentary consultation to get to know each other and ensure that we are a good fit for your travel plans.
We want to also ensure that both of us know exactly what the other is expecting during the travel planning process, as professional tour operator our fees per person are as follows:

As your Morocco specialist, it is our goal to fully understand your individual needs, wants, and expectations in order to create a truly personalized vacation. To begin the process, we offer a complimentary consultation to get to know each other and ensure that we are a good fit for your travel plans.
We want to also ensure that both of us know exactly what the other is expecting during the travel planning process, as professional tour operator our fees per person are as follows:
- We offer a non-refundable and non-transferable planning fee
- for groups of up to 7 people at a cost of $175.00 per person.
- For groups of 8 or more people, the planning fee is $250.00 per person.
- This fee will be applied towards the total cost of the trip when you book with us.
- Upon approval of the itinerary, a 30% deposit is required to secure the booking.
- The remaining balance for the trip must be paid 12 weeks before the start of the tour.
- If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.
- After payment of the planning fee, we will begin work on the itinerary.
- The itinerary will be presented to you for review, and you may make up to 3 modifications at no additional cost.
- Any further changes will incur an additional fee of $75.00.
- Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Central US Time).
However, clients have 24/7 access to us during their travels.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I engage Destination Morocco to research and plan my vacation.
I understand that if I choose not to continue with the vacation or book with another agency,
Destination Morocco will retain the planning fee as compensation for their efforts.
In the event of a cancellation or transfer of the tour to a new date, fees and penalties may be assessed by travel suppliers.
If a cancellation or transfer is necessary, the following fees will be applied:

We also offer professional drivers, certified local tour guides who speak multiple languages, and tour leaders to ensure a smooth and enjoyable vacation. In addition, we offer meet and greet services at the airport and luxury, air-
conditioned vehicles for transportation.
For added peace of mind, our team of destination experts is available to assist with any issues that may arise during your trip. We also offer a variety of pre-planned vacation packages and custom itineraries to suit a range of interests and needs, including luxury, adventure, senior, solo, youth, and family travel. Our tours and packages provide unique access to local sites and experiences, allowing you to truly experience Morocco like a local.
